Jasmijn Derckx is a travel journalist. She received her training at the Fontys Hogeschool in cooperation with the ANWB. She had lessons from travel journalists Harry Theyrlinck and Hans Bouwman, photographer Ruben Drenth, and others.

In recent years she has traveled to Japan, Indonesia, La Gomera, Lanzarote, Egypt, France, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Singapore, and many more destinations are on her list!
